Nature’s Yoke Omega-3 Free-Range eggs are produced by increasing the amount of flax seed fed to the hens. There are around 225 mg of ALA Omega-3 and 50 mg of DHA Omega 3 in each egg. These hens have outdoor access to peck and scratch at will, with plenty of sunshine and fresh air. They are cared for in accordance to the Certified Humane standards that monitor hen care, egg processing, and cleaning agents.
